In today’s time we are hearing more American’s lobbying for women equality, and diversity in the workplace. However, there is still a troubling issue that is still yet to be addressed, and resolved in light of the entire “girl power” anthem. The playing field isn’t leveled, and qualified Black women are not being recognized and offered the same career growth opportunities as their white and other female counterparts. It’s a real and raw reality, many times leaving Black Women feeling invisible. Let's continue to shine the light on this workplace racist and sexist behavior.
